Staghorn Sumac
This species is a colony-forming tree, meaning that they grow in large groups. They normally grow up to 15-30 feet, with crooked and leaning trunks. Their branches are often long and spindly. They have distinct large red fuzzy berries, that will grow in a pine cone-shape.
Leaves:
Leaves are green, oblong, and small toothed and grow in opposite leaf arrangement on the branch. They have pinnately-compound leaves that become extremely colorful in early fall.
