American Robin 

 

Turdus migratorius

Physical Description:

Top of head is grey (females) or black (males), wings are grey, and underneath is a rusty red orange. Beak is also a bright orange. Juveniles are spotted.
 

Habitat:

Suburban gardens/ yards, open woodlands, and farmland, They prefer shaded areas to direct sunlight

Voice:

cheer-up (ascending) cheerily (descending), cheer-up cheerily
